Pastor Bernard Boulton releases his latest Book "The Prophetic Purpose of Preaching: Releasing the Sound of Heaven in the Earth"

It is with praise for the fruit that Father continues to bear in me to His glory that I announce the release of my third book, "The Prophetic Purpose of Preaching: Releasing the Sound of Heaven in the Earth." For seven years it has been a great privilege to teach, impart and instruct preachers of the gospel during the annual session of the George Washington Gibson School of Religion; a division of the National Primitive Baptist Convention of the United States of America. This book was formed from the material that I have released in those sessions.

In this book I share that prophetic preaching is hearing the Voice of God and declaring the Word of God. It is a combination of two vital experiences in the preaching occupation. The term prophetic means to hear God's will and intent. In the beginning it is recorded in Genesis 3 that Adam and Eve HEARD the SOUND of the Lord God walking in the garden. Moses said to the nation of Israel as they were preparing to go into the Promise Land If you diligently obey the VOICE of the Lord your God to observe carefully all of His commandments which I command you today that the Lord your God will set you high above the nations of the earth and all these blessings will come upon you and overtake you. (Deut 28:1-2). Jesus said, "He who enters the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To Him the doorkeeper opens the door, and the sheep HEAR HIS VOICE...And the sheep follow Him for they know His VOICE. (John 10:3-4). Finally Hebrews 1:1-2 says, "God who at various time and in various ways SPOKE in times past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these lasts days spoken to us by His SON."

Preaching means to declare the Word of God in exhortation, salvation and declaring the gospel message of the kingdom of heaven.

In this book I share how in prophetic preaching God declares His desire for a community of people and His plan to bring His desire to pass. In Ezekiel 37 God sent the prophet to communicate His desire for the people who were prophetically described as dead bones in a valley. God's desire for this community of His people was for them to come to life and God gave His plan to make this happen through the Prophet.

In this book I show how when prophetic preaching is going forth it is a sound of heaven released in the earth. When Paul came forth preaching in Damascus after he regained his sight and was baptized he released the sound of heaven in that community and it confounded the people because the enemy was confused. The sound of heaven always confuses religion which can be a tool to oppress the people of God. Everywhere Paul went he released the sound of heaven in the earth that confused the enemy and set  the captive free.

So I am very excited about what this book has come to do in the earth and I want to encourage you to get your copy. Of course I will be teaching from this book in Los Angeles California at the G.W. THE RATS ARE OUT!

 

 

Every news media outlet has been telling us the shocking and scandalous news about the abuses that an office of the IRS has been accused of committing against conservative groups, among them churches. It is not my intent to give you my opinion on these matters, like many of you I pray that justice will prevail and this agency will be restored to a place of honor and integrity. My assignment is to communicate to you the plot of the devil in this matter. This is one more instance where the Body of Christ is called to see what God is saying through His prophets and prophetic community. Apostle Paul wrote to the church of Corinth, "For we know in part and we prophesy in part." (1 Corinthians 13:9).

 

I am sharing with you a dream and prophecy that I read this week given by Apostle Chuck Pierce, http://www.gloryofzion.org and a dream that I had on May 4, 2013. Chuck Pierce shares that he had this dream on May 28, 2012 as he was preparing to go to Chicago to minister at Truth and Deliverance Conference in Chicago Illinois.

 

"The Lord took me down into the sewage structure of Chicago. Rats were in a council. The rats were holding court in the sewer. They had a gavel. They had robes. They were gathered like a society and holding court in the sewage system. They were plotting. They were planning. It felt like it had been hours, watching and listening to their plotting. All of a sudden the rat with the gavel saw me. He commanded the whole group to move toward me and remove me from watching. They turned to lunge toward me and I awaken."

 

Apostle Pierce heard the Lord say this about the dream: The rats were plotting to stop the Kingdom movement. They were plotting to use the tax and debt structures to hold back God's plan of advancement. This is going to be exposed and broken and God's people will advance.   

 

On May 4, 2013 I dreamed that I was in a church and a rat came running out of the bathroom. I yelled at it and it ran across the building. I was standing in front of a doorway when suddenly a horde of rats came running out of the bathroom, the rats were pink and very large. As soon as I saw them I stepped back and closed the door separating myself from these creatures, but before the door was completely closed a few of the rats got through the door that I closed.

 

I searched for an interpretation of this dream through prayer and the Scriptures. What I saw was in part to what Chuck Pierce saw. He saw the rats in council in the sewage and I saw the rats coming out of the bathroom, which is connected to sewage. Apostle Pierce saw the rats in a secret council and I saw the rats exposed, running out of their secret place.

 

In this hour the Lord is saying, "The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and His anointed." (Psalms 2:2).

 

The rats are out!

 

Pay attention to what God is saying to you in visions and dreams. Write them down and pray for understanding. It is time for God's people to hear God!

THE UNHOLY ALLIANCE IN PUBLISHING

2 Corinthians 6:14-18 "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers; for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separated, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty."

A day that was darkness and light to me was the day I discovered that Zondervan was owned by Harper Collins Publishers. And then I learned that one of the many books published by Harper Collins was the Satanic Bible. Wikipedia says this about this 1969 publication, "The Satanic Bible is a collection of essays, observations, and rituals...It contains the core principles of the religion of Laveyan Satanism."

Although I don't know the reasons why Zondervan merged with Harper Collins nevertheless my heart was very heavy in finding this discovery. After prayer and seeking the wisdom of Holy Spirit I purposed that I could no longer purchase books from Zondervan as I know that any monies that I spent with Zondervan was also supporting Harper Collins. I dealt with this principle How could I as a steward of God take the money that He has blessed me with and support a company that promotes the religion of Satan.

My research continued in this industry to discover that the unholy alliance that exists between Zondervan and Harper Collins extends to the owner of Harper Collins, News Corporation. This mammoth conglomerate is owned by Rupert Murdoch who also owns The Sun, a newspaper in the United Kingdom that hacked many persons email accounts and personal information including the families of persons who died in the 911 attacks in both the United Kingdom and the United States. News Corporation owns Fox News, The Wall Street Journal and Twentieth Century Fox.

This unholy alliance is deeper than Harper Collins owning Zondervan. It is a merging of the information industry and the entertainment industry. Information is designed to educate us and entertainment is designed to seduce us.  Today I read an article posted on BCNN1 titled, "Israeli Firm Creates Linguistic Technology that could overcome the Tower of Babel." It was an interesting article that talked about Lexifone, a communication device that causes persons of different languages to communicate with the assistance of the Lexifone being an translator.

When I read the title of this article Holy Spirit began to speak in me that man is always trying to correct the judgment of God, which is what the confusion of the languages were at Babel. It wasn't a curse it was the decision of God to cause man to move and populate the earth which was His will for mankind. But when I saw the title and read the article Holy Spirit began to teach me that the merging of the information industry and the entertainment industry is in fact a demonic plot to attempt to make the human race one people with one language as it was in Genesis 10, truly mankind is marching back to the days of Noah that Jesus prophesied in Matthew 24:37. Unfortunately this attempt for worldwide unity is not for God's glory but man's glory. Once again the human race is speaking as they spoke in that day, "Come let us build ourselves a city and a tower whose top is in the heavens. let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the earth." (Gen 11:4).

Although it will be a year in August since I purchased a Zondervan title I made the mistake of purchasing one a few weeks ago. I failed to check the publisher before I purchased it and then I completed reading it before I discovered my mistake. The lesson that I have learned from purchasing this book is this is how easy it is to fall into deception, just by not paying attention. The Body of Christ is being lulled into deception just because we are not paying attention. Beware my brothers and sisters of the darkness that is merging with the light. Hear God and not me as He calls us to separate ourselves from the many unholy alliances that are manifesting in the land.

Zondervan was founded in the late 1931 with a vision from its founders Peter and Bernard Zondervan to publish the word of God. But now they have touched the unclean thing and entered agreement with Belial.

PRESIDENT BERNARD C. YATES CAST VISION FOR THE FUTURE OF NATIONAL PRIMITIVE BAPTIST CHURCH

Yesterday Tuesday February 19, 2013 at the Board of Director meeting for the National Primitive Baptist Convention held in Huntsville Alabama at the Embassy Suites Hotel on Monroe Avenue the thirteenth president of this convention, Elder Doctor Bernard Yates, stood before the Board to cast his vision and share the projected measure of the initiatives that he  declared at the convention last August in Dearborn Michigan.

President Yates stated that the formation of the National Moderators Council would be constitutionally organized to maintain the continuity of this group beyond his presidency. He called the moderators, these men who are the administrative heads of groups of churches that are connected by geographic boundaries who continue fellowship among their respective areas, national resources.

President Yates cast a creative initiative which is the live recording of our National Choir. The President had first announced that this recording would take place in Los Angeles during the general convention in August 2013 but the date of this monumental event will now occur in February 2014 during the Board of Director meeting. I believe that with the right spiritual focus the release of this project will release a great move of God in this country. As the choir assemble as consecrated vessels recognizing their assignment as worship warriors of God and not entertainers the music created for this CD will dismantle demonic forces every place that this CD is played. Music that ministers under the anointing of God and does not descend to the level of entertainment contains spiritual power that wreaks havoc on the forces of hell.

President Yates continued his vision casting by stating the reality of conducting a feasibility study to seek a change of the general convention from the third week in August to  a more suitable date that would amiable to our youth that are in school and their parents and many of the members of the convention who are educators. President Yates vision is focused on the increase of this convention's reach and on the young people of our church and his zeal will reach its fruition when this convention is fuller with young people supplying energy to our national gathering with their presence.

President Yates shared his desire for the convention to began engaging in supporting the vision and ministry of the convention through online giving. This new initiative will shortly be available at the convention's website where members can go and make many contributions throughout the year.

A new spirit is blowing hope, cooperation and excitement through this body. Although President Yates was elected by the people by a slim majority of votes cast in August 2011in Greensboro N.C. surely the Lord has set him in this office for this time.

Bernard Yates is the thirteenth president and in Genesis chapter seventeen Adonai appeared to Abram in the thirteenth year after Abram slept with Hagar and produced Ishmael, to confirm the covenant between Himself and Abram. Thirteen is the number of new beginnings.  In the thirteenth year Adonai said to Abraham if you walk before me and be blameless I will make My Covenant with you and I will multiply you exceedingly. Abram then fell on his face before God an God changed his name demonstrating the new place that Abram had entered.

I prophesy by faith that Bernard Yates has the mantle of Abraham on him. He walks before God as a servant and he walks before this convention as a father. As he walks before God and man God will multiply him before us and multiply us as we walk with President Yates and receive the anointing that is on him. The challenge is great before him for as Abraham was required to be circumcised and then circumcise every male in his house so God requires that this convention be circumcised in its heart cutting away everything that is flesh. For in times past this Primitive Baptist church has produced many Ishmael's, sons born of the flesh; churches born of the flesh, ministries born of the flesh. But now in this thirteenth administration the Spirit says walk before me and deny your flesh so that I can birth Isaac in you for I have rejected Ishmael. For Isaac to come forth in the National Primitive Baptist convention we must die to our old self of selfish interests, the formation of cliques and the fashion show that many of the woman of God adorn themselves in that causes offense and separation. We must die to our traditions of denominationalism, sexism, and classism. We must die to regional loyalties and embrace a kingdom loyalty.

We are in a God movement in this church. God has raised up Pastor Bernard Yates, a shepherd with a apostolic and prophetic voice to shift the movement of this convention. With a burden in my heart I cry out as a Voice in the wilderness to the Primitive Baptist Church don't miss God because we were not willing to die. If we will not die to the flesh we will die in the wilderness never having seen our Isaac.

NATIONAL PRIMITIVE BAPTIST CONVENTION GATHER IN HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA

The atmosphere was charged with the energy of the Holy Spirit as He filled the place with His skekinah glory. The praise offered by the 130 voice choir of the North Alabama District ascended to the throne room of God and descended on the congregation of hundreds who gathered on Monday February 18, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Saint Bartley Primitive Baptist Church on 3020 Belafonte Avenue in Huntsville Alabama.

Whenever this convention comes to Huntsville it is a coming to our birthplace. It is reestablishing a connection with our beginning. It was in this honored city that the founders of this convention gathered in July 1907 to form this eccclesiatical body of God's people for the benefit of mutual fellowship and shared goals that would unify the Colored Primitive Baptist of the United States. And the church that hosted the formation of that convention was the Saint Bartley Church. So here we are again, returning to the city from whence God did a great work in this country one hundred and six years ago.

This February gathering is the meeting of the Board of Directors who will finalize the unfinished work of the general convention that met in August 2012 in Dearborn Michigan. It is also the 35th session of the F.L. Livingston Institute which is a training conference dedicated to the theological and spiritual growth of the church.

The institiute preacher for this session is the indomitable Rev H. B. Charles the pastor of the Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church. Pastor Charles is well known in this country for his pedagogical approach to exegete the Biblical text that he proclaims with such energy and force. Last night was no exception. Pastor Charles demonstrated a powerful presentation of the centrality of Jesus Christ in the midst of the church as he declared the gospel from Colossians 1:28-29. Building a strong defense of the measure of maturity being determined by the church's faithfulness to preach Christ alone Pastor Charles called the Primitive Baptist Church to stand faithful to Him who is the substance of our salvation as well as the source of our salvation. Move toward maturity, Pastor Charles declared, as Jesus will help us to run this race with endurance.

The institute continues today at the Embassy Suites Hotel where Elder Doctor James Chester will engage our intellectual and spiritual minds as He lectures us this morning. Elder Chester is the pastor of the Orthodox Zion Primitive Baptist Church in West Palm Beach Florida.

Pray for the strength, unity and vision of this convention. We will be meeting in Los Angeles California August 17-23, 2013.

       

CRY OUT TO GOD FOR MEGAN FOX!

I read with great interest an article that appeared on a gossip site that Actress Megan Fox speaks in tongues. I immediately received a burden to pray for this young woman. It took a great deal of courage for her to admit that and I believe that Holy Spirit is doing a work in her heart to draw her out of the Hollywood lifestyle to serve God in the midst of that dark culture.

The Holy Spirit has been teaching me heavily about the entertainment culture and the demonic spirit that rules that industry. This spirit is a perverter and a corrupter of the creative gifts that God has sent in the earth to serve Him through creative expressions, such as writing, acting, directing and other creative expressions. All creativity is of God and man was created in God's image to be creative in the earth. Unfortunately many creative artist  like Megan seeks acceptance and a place in the culture that uses their gifts and destroys their lives and very souls. I stand in a place of intercession for this culture because God loves them and His plans for their lives is best and eternal. While many in Hollywood seeks the now, the temporary God has a eternal plan and place for them in His presence.

So I invite you to join me in interceding for Megan and so many who have the heart of Megan. In our intercession pray that God will set Megan free and use her deliverance to bring others into the kingdom.

My prayer is that as Megan speaks and prays in tongues the mysteries of God will be released in the Hollywood culture and God's perfect plan for Megan's peers and fans will come to pass.

Megan's son is named Noah which means rest and I believe that God spoke to her in the naming  of her son. It is God's heart that every creative persons live in His rest which means to live in harmony with the Lord doing His will. Rest is walking with God and fulfilling His assignment in your life. It is walking in your purpose that God established before you were born. There is no rest in entertainment because the nature of this industry is to drive the creative person until they are exhausted and totally used up.

I pray that God not only give Megan rest but may His rest be on her family. On her husband Brian and their son Noah and may Noah walked in the meaning of his name. If you are an intercessor join me in standing in the presence of God for Megan. May God use her as a witness in the darkness of Hollywood.   

WATCHMAN ON WALLS Host First Poet's Roundtable

I am excited to announce that Watchman On Walls International Fellowship, W.O.W. will host its first Poet's Roundtable on Saturday January 19, 2013 at 8:00 pm EST. During this roundtable discussion we will discuss the power of prophetic poetry, its use in the church and the kingdom of God and how God uses poetry in winning souls to Jesus.

These season are exciting because God is speaking through poets as He did in times past. When one reads the poetic words found in Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Psalms, Songs of Solomon and throughout the Scriptures one has only to see God's love expressed these books.

Apostle Paul penned these words in 1 Timothy 3:16 in poetic form,
"God was manifested in the flesh,
Justified in the Spirit,
Seen by angels,
Preached among the Gentiles,
Believed on in the world,
Received up in glory."

When Poetry is released in the anointing and prophetically it is the breath of God releasing life in a dead world. It has an assignment to set the captives free bringing him into wholeness and freedom in Jesus. It is a weapon against the demonic forces that oppresses and depresses mankind. This type of poetry brings man into the presence of God where His loves flows down with healing from His wings.

This is the hour and the season in the body of Christ where God is raising up anointed prophetic Scribes who move poetically. They are a positioned regiment of spiritual specialist SENT and SET in the earth to stand releasing what the Holy Spirit is speaking through them. The rivers of living waters are pouring forth from their mouths cleaning and purifying all who receive the outpouring of grace.

These poets are God's men and women called to be ambassadors of creativity using their unique gifting to reconcile all things unto God.

These poets are on a mission, not to impress man or to entertain man but to impart to man so that he may be impacted for life.

They have been authorized and authenticated by the Lord Jesus Himself. They do not seek man's approval through his competitions and contests. They are who they are not because of the organizations that they belong to but because of the God that they belong to.

When they speak the poetic word the heavenly shifts. Jesus receive their offerings as worship and man receives it as grace.

These poets are the garden of the Lord. He walks in their midst planting seeds of love, hope and glory. He tends and watches over the words that will one day be released as a harvest. He grows those words and takes cares of them as He awaits their fullness. When they are ready for harvest He takes them and offers them to the hungry soul. When the soul eats them he is filled with the glory of God.

A NATIONAL DAY OF THANKSGIVING AND PRAYER

Yesterday citizens of this country celebrated our annual day of Thanksgiving. Families gathered to embrace each other in the exuberance of love and connection. But I am sad to report that many of us who prepared great feast to share with those that we love have no idea of the real meaning of this special day. Even among the people of God in America  many of us don't know why this day is known and celebrated as Thanksgiving. Reading the statements of many believers on Facebook at times we seem conflicted by a day of thanks because we are directed by the Word of God to live our lives in thanksgiving. Several of my Facebook friends wished me a happy thanksgiving and then admonished me to remember that every day is a day of thanksgiving. So if we as Christians celebrate this one day out of the year as a day of thanks than are we somehow missing the message that every day is a day of thanksgiving. I don't think so. But I do think that the problem with reconciling a day of thanksgiving with a lifestyle of thanksgiving is because we really don't know what this day represent to this nation. So today I want to share with you the reason why the fourth Thursday of November is called Thanksgiving.

This day was proclaimed by President George Washington on October 3, 1789. In that proclamation President Washington was asked by both houses of Congress "to recommend to the people of the United States a DAY OF PUBLICK THANKSGIVING AND PRAYER, TO BE OBSERVED BY ACKNOWLEDGING WITH GRATEFUL HEARTS THE MANY AND SIGNAL FAVORS OF ALMIGHTY GOD..."

The first president of the United States and the members of our first legislative branch known to us as Congress called the nation to set aside a day to give thanks to God. They are many secularist and atheist who are trying to remove the acknowledgement of God from our history. But here in this presidential proclamation President Washington not only recognizes our God but set aside an entire day for Him to be recognized nationally.

Furthermore President Washington wrote, "NOW THEREFORE, I do recommend and assign THURSDAY, the TWENTY-SIXTH DAY OF NOVEMBER next, to be devoted by the people of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being..." This day was set apart to serve God. The original intent of today was declared by the President and the Congress to be a day of service to God.

President Washington also stated in his Proclamation, "that we might then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the great Lord and Ruler of Nations and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions..." On this day the first President of the United States asked the citizens of this country to ask God to forgive the national sins of this nation.

Today's Day of Thanksgiving is so far removed from its original intent and purpose but also the presence of our God is far removed from the face of this nation. Materialism and consumerism now fill our holidays and our feed our greed with no satisfaction. Prayer to God is shunned from the market square of our nation. Darkness increases over our land and evil is called good. How far have we as a nation fallen from the sunlight of God's favor but it's not too late to turn and to return to Him who was declared by the pen of the first President. If we return to God as a nation, then the words of George Washington will manifest in our times. "WHEREAS, it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor."

As a Christian I enter His gates each day with thanksgiving but as a citizen of this nation I see a great need for this country to return to the original Day of Thanks and Prayer. The Divided States of America need the God of George Washington who does rule nations and exalts nations as well as bring down nations. It's not too late for this Nation to humble itself under His mighty hand and be exalted to shine as a city on the hill.

WATCHMAN ON WALLS INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP

 

 

There has been days when I wasn't sure that I would make it to today. The political jargon, divisive accusations and partisans taunts have grieved the Holy Spirit who lives in me and has caused me to shudder in His leading. Many of those who live, breath and move in the realm of politics, whether they be Republican or Democrats, I'm sure was doing what they thought was best and what was required of them, but the rancor has been over the top and the one thing that I've seen missing is the love of God among His people who have been called out of the darkness into His marvelous light. This year the church has walked more in darkness than in light.

 

Over these last few years Holy Spirit has been calling me to give up many things that I have pursued and enjoyed over these years. I have been called to leave the wild wonderful world of sports. This is no reflection on anyone else and please receive my words in love and not criticism, but there is a spirit operating among sports and it is not the Holy Spirit. I have been called to leave the world of reality television. There is a spirit operating in that industry that is not of God. Most of the television shows that I have watched and enjoyed I have been called to leave. Now that I have been called to leave them I am in a greater place to intercede for the souls that are in these places doing what they believe that must do to perform and entertain mankind.

 

I am lead today to share with you a new work that God has birthed in my life. From the time when I  published and released my first book Do You Wanna Be Made Whole in December 2009 I have sensed a Call on my life to gather others who are Called to create through writing. In my travels throughout my community and across the country I have met many creative artists who have the desire, and the gift to write and release the stories that are moving in the midst of their imagination but many of them don't know where to go and where to find a mentor to help stir the gift that is in them.

 

From my many conversations with writers in my community I sensed that I was being Called to help these wandering artist find their purpose and ignite what God had set in them. So I set forward and attempted to do this through a Writer's group. But I found no one willing to join this community, there was a lot of talk but no action. After a few attempts I gave up assuming that maybe I was in the wrong place or in the wrong time.

 

Last fall I was visiting home which is Cleveland Ohio. My beloved grandmother was celebrating her 90th birthday and I joined the members of my family to celebrate this incredible woman who gave birth to my mother and raised her to be the loving and incredible woman that she was. While home I visited a church that is known for its prophetic ministry. After the services was over I introduced myself to Apostle Joseph Prude and thanked him for his ministry. After a few moments of conversation he said to me, "The Spirit is saying that you are dragging your feet. It's time to raise your banner, they are waiting for you." I thanked the Apostle and left. But that Word didn't leave me. Faith was activated in me to move forward and raise the banner. That fall Sunday in October 2011 Holy Spirit set me on what would be one of the life changing years I have encountered in my life.

 

From that word in the fall of 2011 to now I have been preparing to raise the banner that Apostle Prude declared and finally in September 2012 the Banner was lifted. The ministry that God set in my heart to bring forth is Watchman On Walls International Fellowship. The banner for this fellowship was designed by Apostle Carol Engledow. In Psalms 60: 4-5 in the Complete Jewish Bible it says, "To those who fear You because of the truth You gave a banner to rally around, so that You love can be rescued, so save with Your right hand and answer us."

 

Watchman on Walls, also known as W.O.W. is the ministry that God has entrusted to me to impart the Word of the Lord that will stir the creative gifts that lay dormant in those who are Called to represent the Call of God in the lives of man and to stand in intercession with those who are seeking direction and course from the Lord. The first ministry activity of W.O.W. has been weekly prayer Calls offered on Mondays at 9:00 p.m. EST. The first Call was held on Monday October 1, 2012 and we have been meeting every Monday since. This Call is specifically for those who are writers and authors in any genre, and although it is a Christ centered Call all are welcome.

 

 

 

And I give God praise for the people that He is gathering and for the Word that He releasing. Gifts and assignments are being activated to write and I sense that many of the spoken Word and written Word artists in this group are going to release great works that reveal the glory of the Lord in the earth.

A WORD FOR THE CHURCH: IT'S TIME TO GO TO THE STREETS

Last night in a dream the Holy Spirit showed me what is happening in the church (Acts 2:17-21). I saw two groups and one group was speaking out of their flesh. they were saying things that should not be spoken among God's people. And when I cried out for them to stop saying those things the entire group started to laugh at me. And then I saw another group that had congregated on the street and they were praying and the gifts of the Holy Spirit was manifesting in their presence. A person with a demonic spirit that was manifesting confusion came to stop them from praying but he could not stop their intercessions (Acts 16:16-18). 

The Holy Spirit woke me up at 3:30 a.m. and I started to intercede for the Church and the leaders of the church And I ask the Holy Spirit to give me understanding of this dream and this is what the Holy Spirit began to show me and say to me.

There is a division in the house of God. There are two fellowships in the church.  There is a fellowship of flesh that is operating in the spirit of this world. They have no fear and they speak the things of this world. They have received the spirit of his world and the things of God are foolishness to them. When I saw the first group they were all huddled in a room and they were content to stay in that one room and enjoy each other. 

And then there is a fellowship of the Holy Spirit that are seeking Him and are hunger for Him. They have been praying for the Holy Spirit to me in their midst and He says I have heard your prayers, and I am coming on you in signs and wonders and gifts that have not manifested in you yet. And Holy Spirit says that this group will move out into the streets because I am anointing them to have great influence in the earth in this earth. This fellowship that desires Me I will send them forth as my witnesses and they will rise in such influence that many of them will become My Voice in the marketplaces and the workplaces. The Nicodemuses will seek them out in the night to hear my Word (St John 3:1-2). 

In the dream when I saw these two groups. The one group was in a hotel. In a room in a hotel. They were content to be among themselves. They were content to stay in that one room. But the second group was out on streets, they were praying and gathering on the streets. They were forming a fellowship on the outside.

The Holy Spirit said to me that I saw them on the streets because that as were He was positioning them. He led me to Mark 6:56, "And whithersoever, He entered into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the STREETS, and besought Him that they might touch if it were but the hem of his garments, and as many as touched Him was made whole." This group will operate in the anointing and whereever they go their will be healing. The Holy Spirit has anointed them to heal in the STREETS.  

And then the Holy Spirit led me to Luke 14:21, "So the servant came and reported these things to his master. Then the master of the house, being angry, said to his servant, 'Go out quickly into the STREETS and lanes of the city, and bring in here the poor and the maimed and the lame and the blind."

This group will also operate in an unction that will cause them to bring off of the STREETS of cities, towns and villages the broken into the House of the Lord.

Something that is important for us to consider is the reason why I saw the second group moving out to the streets is because they started praying on the streets. They were not ashamed to cry out to God in the public square. The Lord is saying in this hour to His church, "If you will confess (acknowledge, praise, cry out to me) me before men (on the streets) that is where I will send you."

I bless you and I'm praying for you. Holy Spirit is calling you out into the STREETS.               

UNAUTHORIZED INTERCESSION!

"You shall not offer strange incense on it." (Ex 30:9).

In my last post I shared the story of two men recorded in Luke 18 who went into the Temple to pray. The first man stood in pride and declared his righteousness before God. The second man bowed his head and cried out for mercy. Jesus said that the second man went home justified and the other did not.  I want to share with you today what Holy Spirit is leading me to speak on this pressing matter of intercession in this season. The first man, the Pharisee, prayer was not accepted by God because the Pharisee offered "strange incense" before God. In other passages the word strange recorded in Exodus 30:9 is "Unauthorized." Please receive this revelation in the spirit. As much as our God loves everyone and desires that all would come to Him in intercession, praying and crying out to Him in fervency God will only accept the intercession or prayer that He has authorized.

There is a deceptive mindset in the Church that teaches that I can come to God anyway that I want. I can say to God anything that I want to say. I can come to God and He will accept me and whatever I do in any way.   But I must expose that delusion, for it is a lie that had created deception in the House of the Lord. The pattern that God gave to Moses reveals spiritual principles that dictate and determine our entrance into the presence of our King.

When God gave Moses the specificity to build the Tent of Testimony, a picture of the manifest presence of God in the midst of His people God told Moses to build the altar from WOOD and then God said cover it in GOLD. Wood is the prophetic picture of humanity. Gold is the prophetic picture of Deity. If you love the Lord and have received Him as your Savior and Lord then you are an altar, you are the place where God desires to meet you. But God wasn't satisfied with just your humanity, He placed Himself in you and called you His temple, the place where He lives. Yes you are human but now you are more than human. God lives in you. Deity is in you. You are Gold, made righteousness in the sight of God by the sacrifice of Jesus.

Because of who you are you must always offer to God the incense that He has ordered. You must offer the intercession that He requires. He will not accept your unauthorized intercession. The first man, the Pharisee offered to God strange fire. He offered  to God an intercession that exalted himself. It was a self righteousness petition and God judged it and called it UNAUTHORIZED. That man stood before God and praised himself. He despised others. He declared his acts of righteousness. He offered God what God did not authorize. And God would not receive it.

In the house of God on this Sunday September 23, 2012 much incense will be offered and God will judge it as UNAUTHORIZED. Many will offer intercession that comes from pride. Many will pray with an unforgiving heart. Others will pray without repentance. Many will pray in the name of Allah. And God will judge it as UNAUTHORIZED! Don't let that be you. Hear God through these words. He will accept what He appoints. He only receives what He authorizes. Learn what is pleasing to Him and offer Him what He calls SWEET.   

IS YOUR INTERCESSION A SWEET AROMA TO GOD?

Exodus 30:7, "Aaron shall burn on it sweet incense every morning....a perpetual incense before the Lord throughout your generations."

If you read my last blog you read that God is calling forth believers who will be altars where intercession is being offered day and night. Again I say that the incense burned on the altar in Exodus 30 is a prophetic picture of intercession or prayer. Today I want to share with you how intercession is received by Adonai our Lord God. Aaron, the high priest,  was commanded to offer sweet incense to the Lord. This sweet incense was made and offered to the Lord and it carried a fragrance that not only filled the Tabernacle but ascended toward the heavens to the very throne of Adonai. From this principle Holy Spirit is saying that the attitude (represented by odor) is just as important as the act of intercession. Because our intercession is an act of worship before the Lord it must be presented to Him in a way that is pleasing to Him. You may be thinking isn't it enough that I pray? Shouldn't the Lord be pleased that I took the time to pray? And I believe that He is pleased but because God is a God of order revealed in principles, patterns and protocol it should move us to know what His Will is so that He may be pleased with everything that we do.

Holy Spirit showed me that this word, "sweet incense" is talking about the attitude that you release your intercession from. Immediately my spirit was led to see Isaac who humbly allowed his father Abraham to lay him on the altar at Mount Moriah as a sacrifice. God loves humility and intercession offered from a humble heart is a sweet fragrance before Him. A humble spirit says before God, "I'm coming to You but I am weak and I need You."

Again I am led by the Teacher Holy Spirit to the parable that Jesus told in Luke 18. There were two men in the Temple, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee prayed, "God I thank you that I am not like this tax collector." The tax collector prayed, "God be merciful to me a sinner."Jesus said, in my words, the tax collector prayer was a sweet incense before the Lord and the Pharisee was not. Why? Because the tax collector stood before the Lord in humility and the Pharisee stood before the Lord in pride.

God is calling intercessors who are humble before Him. Intercessors who knows that they need Him and are willing to say so and show so. Is your intercession a sweet aroma before our Lord? My intercession for you is that you can say yes.

YOU ARE AN ALTAR

Exodus 30:1 "You shall make an altar to burn incense on..."

Moses was called to the mountain of God to dwell in the presence of God to receive the revelations of God. God gave Moses intricate details on the construction of the Tent of Meeting and the furniture therein. In chapter 30 of Exodus God told Moses to construct an altar of incense.

Prophetically the altar is the believer who is a sacrifice to God and who makes sacrifices to God. Once the sacrifice is made the anointing is released. Many in the church want the anointing on their lives and ministry but they are unwilling to become a sacrifice and make sacrifices to God. Then the altar is the place where God comes to make an agreement at the altar. Your sacrifice and anointing will bring God to you to make a covenant agreement with you.

In this hour the Lord is calling for the believer to become an altar where incense is being burned. Incense is the symbol of intercession. In Psalms 141:2 David said, "Let my prayer be set before you as incense." In Revelation 5:8 John saw this scene in heaven, "...the four living creatures and the twenty four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints."

Beloved of God you are the altar and upon this altar is incense which is a picture of intercession. Again God is looking for intercessors in the earth. God is calling a people who will stand in intercession until the manifestation of heaven comes down into the earth.

Please understand that intercession is more than just praying, or praying for others. Intercession is ENTERING INTO THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD. In intercession we INTER SESSION with the Judge of the all the earth. Here we receive INSTRUCTIONS, IMPARTATION, and INVITATION. Then we receive from Adonai His will to release in the earth through prayer. Intercession is not me going to Him with what I want. But it is me going to Him to receive from Him what He wants. The heart of intercession is always, "Let Your Will be done in earth as it is heaven."

A few weeks ago the Democratic National Convention met in Charlotte North Carolina to nominate President Barack Obama for a second term to the White House. But also heaven and hell met in Charlotte North Carolina. Intercessors gathered on the weekend before the start of the convention to intercede for the meetings. Muslims gathered in Charlotte to pray to their god, Allah. It appeared that hell had struck a great blow in the Democratic Convention when the name of God was removed from the platform of the Democratic Party. But when this was reported God's name was placed back in the platform. In the spirit I see that this move to remove God's name was a demonic scheme, the devil always operates in the dark, when it was brought forth the demons retreated.

When we release intercession in the earth it is received and stored in the heavens until the opportune time that God releases it in the earth to cause a shift or a realignment.

Will you say yes to the Call of God to become a altar where intercession is being offered day and night? Will you become the altar and the intercessor? The future of America is being weighed in the balance as it awaits your answer.

A CONVENTION THAT PRAYS

When the Judge Samuel stood before the people Israel he declared, "Far be it from me that I might sin against the Lord in ceasing to pray for you; but I will teach you the good and right way." (I Sam 12:23). Samuel felt an unction to continue to stand in intercession for God's chosen people. The greatest stand of any person called and anointed of God is the stand of intercession. Intercession is going before God to stand for a people, declaring the will of God in the presence of God and agreeing with God for His will to be in His people so that it might done in the earth.

With this same mandate and unction the President of the National Primitive Baptist Convention Elder Doctor Bernard C. Yates, the pastor of the Zion Hope Primitive Baptist Pensacola Florida, has called the people of this convention to gather in intercession and petition. This morning at 7:00 a.m. God caused a people to assemble in the Great Lakes Center of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dearborn Michigan and stand in the presence of God to cry out for His favor and function to manifest this week.

Led by Elder Benjamin Adams, the pastor of the St John Primitive Baptist Church in Clearwater Florida and the Chairman of the Board of Evangelism and Missions National  Primitive Baptist Convention the people gathered to intercede in the Great Lakes Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dearborn Michigan for President Yates, Vice President Duke; the Senior pastor of the New Jerusalem Primitive Baptist Church Miami Florida,  and the leaders of the convention. We interceded for the people of the convention and the various needs represented.

We took our stand and hell knows that we are present in Dearborn to tear down its strongholds in this city and region. But then heaven knows that we are here as God descended in the midst of His people pleased with our faith and function as intercessors     

Led by Elder Benjamin Adams, the pastor of the St John Primitive Baptist Church in Clearwater Florida the priests of  God called on God for His protection, His power, His plans, His provisions to show themselves in the people. In one voice, in unity we prayed for President Yates, Vice President Duke, the leadership of the convention, the people and various needs.

We took our stands as the army of God declaring the  pulling down of strongholds, demonic strategies, and the principalities that operate in Dearborn and Detroit. We made our presence known in hell and in the heavens. Every morning we will gather this week to build the stronghold of God; the stronghold of unity and agreement. And destroy the stronghold of hell. A convention that prays is a convention that glorifies God and terrifies hell.  

    

10 DAYS OF MANIFESTED GLORY

I had to share this with you. As long as I live I don't believe that there will ever be anything as precious to me as experiencing the manifested presence of God. And I've been doing that today. This record is a testimony of the kind of day I've had in His presence. I feel like Moses standing on the mountain watching God write the Torah.

Starting Sunday August 5, 2012 a teleconference revival has been taking place on Facebook. This virtual move of God is being hosted by Apostles Kevin and Candace Ford of Chicago Illinois. I have done more writing on this couple this year than anyone outside of my own family, but in my spirit I feel as if they are my brother and sister. They are a unique apostolic couple, unlike any I've ever witnessed. Their spirits and manner of ministry reminds me of Aquila and Priscilla, and like this apostolic couple in the Book of Acts the Fords are a dynamic duo in business and religion. The world will one day know of the Fords and I'm praising God that He let me introduce them to you through Bernard's Word.

This telerevival is called 10 DAYS OF MANIFESTED GLORY and it is a time of Preaching, teaching, prophesying and intercession. The participants are being encouraged to fast each day until 6:00 p.m each evening. The Call begins at 8:00 p.m. EST.  I've been on the Call and in the presence of the Lord all three days but what I wanted you to know was what happened to me today as a result of last nights Call.

Yesterday I was extremely tired and unable to focus on what I needed to do for the day. As result of my tiredness and a nagging sinus headache I was unable to perform. By night I was ready to write Monday off as a lost day and go to bed. I knew that the Call was going on but I wasn't planning on attending. I was sitting in front of the television waiting for the clock to strike nine so that I could go to bed. At about ten minutes before eight my spirit started pulling me toward 10 Days of Manifested Glory. I dragged myself to the land line and marched myself to the desktop. I called in and waited.

Pastor Marnisha Thomas of Chicago started to minister and immediately my spirit quicken under the flow of God's Word out of this woman's mouth. By the time Prophet Pernell Robinson released a prophetic word my spirit was leaping. More prophetic words and decrees came forth from Apostle Candace and Prophetess Samonia Whisonant of Baltimore Maryland. By the time I went to bed I was walking under the glory cloud.

This morning when I rose from bed I was still in the glory. I declared that today I would press toward my goals. Immediately I began to write a chapter in a book that will be finished this week, I decree it to be so. In a couple of hours I had written a chapter and started on the next chapter. I then turned to my homework. I was planning to complete an assignment on yesterday to be on schedule but I didn't do any work yesterday. By the time of the Prayer Call, 8:00 p.m. EST I was almost complete with the second assignment as I listened to Prophetess Joyce Jones preach and teach on Abiding (With all these folks from Chicago land ministering I hope somebody told President Obama to attend; he needs this!) I completed my second assignment.

This is how the Glory is manifesting in me. I did two days work in one day! When you walk in the glory it accelerates your movements. That's Manifested Glory!

One of my favorites passages on the Glory is Isaiah 60.In verse 7 God says, "I will glorify the house of my glory."
When God said I will glorify God is saying that He will declare, He will speak plainly.

The house that God refers to a dwelling place. it also refers to the Temple where God's Spirit dwells.

God's glory is His rank and honor, it also refers to the weight of God.

This verse is what I've been experiencing today. Through His mouthpieces God has been declaring His honor and weight in me who is His house where His glory lives.. The glory of God always starts with the spoken word of God.  

I'm inviting you to 10 Days of Manifested Glory, there is still seven days left and I promise you that one thing will happen to you, and this is my witness, because you are the house of God, if you are trusting  Jesus as your Savior and have accepted Him as your Savior and Lord, God will glorify you and His glory will descend over you, your house, your family, your business, and whatever concerns you.

SUMMER WITH PASTOR BERNARD BOULTON

I pray that you are having an exciting summer. One full of fun, faith and setting things in order for your future. I've been having an incredible summer. I'm not sure when I've had summer like this one. I want to share with you what Holy Spirit's been doing in my life.

First I have been blessed above measure with the brothers of Global Men Prayer Network. This group of men gather every Monday night to receive exhortational teachings from Apostle Kevin Ford. Although Apostle Ford is the head of this network he is an humble servant of God who doesn't mind sharing the moments of teaching with others, including me. As we enter the presence of the Lord in worship many prophetic words have come forth in these weekly prayer gatherings . That's what happened to me on Monday June 4, 2012. One of the brothers, Prophet Pernell Robinson released a word over me that SET me in a new place. I'm still walking under the mantle of the word. I praise God for the fellowship with these brothers, intercessors establishing the kingdom of God in the earth. DECLARATION OF DEPENDENCE

Today July 4, 2012 the United States of America celebrates the birth of this great nation. On this day in 1776, 236 years ago the Continental Congress released a statement that declared the thirteen American colonies independent from the British Empire. This statement has been known ever since that day as the Declaration of Independence. The men who gathered in Philadelphia, as representatives of the American, declared the American people free.

As I was leading the congregation of the New Mine Creek Church on this past Sunday I was led by Holy Spirit to declare over God's people that we are free. Free from sin and free from eternal death through the declaration of Jesus Christ. On the cross Jesus declared, "It is finish." When that declaration was released in both the earth and the heavens it set every person, who would believe on Jesus Christ as the Savior and Lord, free.

And as I was praying on July 1 I released a declaration, not of independence, but of dependence. I started declaring our dependence on the kingdom of God. Today as the citizens of the United States of America celebrate independence and the forming of this nation I invite you to stand in agreement with me and make your declaration of dependence.

America declare its independence because it no longer wanted to be under the sovereignty of the British Crown. But for we who are free in Jesus Christ we need to be dependent on God our King. We need Him to help us be who we are called to be. We need Him to lead us where we are going. We need him to heal our hearts. The body of Christ cannot afford to be independent form the Lord. He is our vine and we our His branches. Our very life flows from Him.

Today I make a declaration of dependence:
1. I declare that I am chosen in Him to be holy and blameless before Him in love.
2. I declare that I am predestined to be a son of God.
3. I declare that I am accepted in the beloved.
4. I declare that I am redeemed by the blood.
5. I declare that my sins are forgiven.
6. I declare that I know God's will for my life.
7. I declare that I am an heir and joint heir with Christ.
8. I declare that I am sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.

I declare, with heaven and earth as my witness that I need You Father. I need You. I come to Your throne of grace for help in my time of need. Abba Father I need You to order my steps. I need You Holy Spirit to lead me in all truth. I declare in the earth that I am dependent on Your grace Lord Jesus and Your resurrection power. I need You Father. I need You every hour.

Abba I stand in the gap for the United States. I declare that this nation needs You. Abba we need a restoration of values that reflects Your love and truth. Abba I declare unity and cooperation in our government. Abba I declare national deliverance from the strongholds of opposition and I declare that You are building a stronghold of cooperation. Abba I declare that Your righteousness is flowing in America. Abba I stand before You as an intercessor for this country that I love and I humble myself under Your mighty hand for this nation and I declare Abba that You are exalting this nation when You see humility in this nation. Abba I declare that where curses have been released in this nation because of its disobedience Your blessings are overtaking America.

THE ALTAR

I was at a conference with thousands of believers. We entered into the presence of God as His royal priesthood. We praised God without shame and the manifest presence of God honored our praise by coming into our midst to establish His throne in our presence. Psalms 22:3 says, "But You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel." This eternal principle operates wherever God's people offer Him the sacrifice of praise. As preist we offered our praise to God and God received our offerings and confirmed His pleasure by coming into our midst to set His throne there and reign in our presence as King of kings.

We had assembled ourselves at the altar of God. Psalms 43:4 "Then I will go to the altar of God, To God my exceeding joy: And on the harp I will praise You, O God, my God." We were standing on the holy hill of God and we had entered His tabernacle. It was a glorious place to bask in the glory of God and receive His presence and all that He was pouring out on us.

We remained in the presence of God until the conference host showed us an excerpt of his movie that was coming out soon after the conference. As the trailer of the movie played I sensed a shift in the atmosphere but I wasn't sure why or what had happened and then as understanding came forth. The manifest presence of God had lifted. The throne of God had moved. We were still in the same physical place but we were not in the same spiritual place. I felt sad and then my sadness turned to offense.

I was offended when the conference preacher stood to preach the Word of God and within the first twenty minutes of his mesage people started to get up and walk out. There were walking out on the Man of God as he stood to give us the Word of God. My offense were with the people. I started to call them immature and selfish. I said to myself and I said to a freind a few days later, "This is what is wrong with the church. Leadership is so selfish and undisciplined. If leaders (It was a leadership conference) are so disrespectful to the Word how can we expect any difference from the people."

Days later Holy Spirit brought my offense forward and said to me, It wasn't the people's fault that they walked out. They left because they had no hunger for my word because they changed altars. They were hungry when they were at my altar, they were hungry when they were expereincing my presence but when the conference shifted the altar shifted. My people were directed from My altar to the altar of the golden calf. They left from worshipping me to being entertained. Whenever my people are gathered at the altar of the golden calf they will never have an appetite for my Word."

I was blown away by this revelation. Whenever God's people gather at His altar not only will we experience His manifest presence but our spirits will hunger and thirst for His rightoeusness revealed in His Word. But when God's people worship at the altar of the golden calf we will not have that hunger (Please read Exodus 32 and pray to Holy Spirit to give you understanding). Holy Spirit began to show me how churches all over this world are gatheirng at the altar of  the golden calf to be entertained. Everything in their service is designed to tickle their flesh and make them feel good about themselves. They may talk about God and pray to God and sing songs about God but the purpose is to give the people what they want.

When Aaron created the golden calf in Exodus 32 the Word says in verse six, "Then they rose early on the next day, offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings, and the people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play." Israel's worship of the golden calf appealed to their flesh. It was a worship of entertainment at the altar of the god that had created for themselves.

The altar that you worship at determines your appetite.
